Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All physical product orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not ship physically.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship physical products within the United States.
Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another major carrier.
Typical delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the service selected.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times vary widely and may take 1 to 4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and do not ship physically.
Digital products are delivered at the time of purchase in the following ways:

A download or access link is shown on the checkout confirmation page immediately after your order is placed

A confirmation email is sent with access to your digital purchase

All digital products are also available inside the customer account page for future access
Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
If you do not see your digital product after purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder, or log into your customer account. If you still need help accessing your files, contact us and we will assist you.
